  ProAnimator locking up

  Hi All:

  A very new user to ProAnimator here, using it as an AE plugin. I’m running AE 6.5 on Windows XP on a HPxw8000, NVidia Quadro 4 980 XGL card.

  Any time I add 3D text, apply an animation preset (any of them), and then try to adjust a slider, ProAnimator locks up and forces a close to After Effects. When I work with ProAnimator as a standalone program, it’s fine, but within AE, it locks up.

  Jeremy at customer service has had me try turning off OpenGL in AE, but to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this?
