We just purchased several copies of ProAnimator for our editors and on 2 of the machines when you open the program and click on create 3d text or import illustrator file the program just closes. I have deleted the startup file and the program will open, however when you try to make any materials the program crashes out. I have updated the video card driver and updated to the latest DirectX with no more luck.

All of the hardware on the machines are identical and I have looked and looked for any differences between the machines in which the software is working and the ones which the software is not and can not find any.

We are running 3.0.2 – is there anything that I am missing or is there an update on the horizon?

    Hi chwk45.

Would you please tell us about your system, mainly:
    – CPU type/speed
    – Graphics card type/VRAM size

Note: We use OpenGL for our rendering, not DirectX.

    Thanks.
