  Pro-Titler: adjusting black levels

  I’m trying to set my black to 16 in a Pro-titler text-event. In the old Vegas text effect plug-in it’s pretty obvious how to do it.

  In PT, I’ve tried to do it using the “background” button and adjusting RGB there, to no avail.

  Funny thing is, when I tried a “broadcast color” clamp, it wouldn’t bring the blacks up to 16 either.

  The reason I want to do this in the first place is to make sure the white text on the black background doesn’t look weird when viewed on a CRT. Maybe this is not even neccessary?

  Any ideas, please.
