Pro 9 Mp4’s from phone won’t drop
“None of the files dropped on Vegas Pro could be opened” is what I get when dropping some files on the time line. Other Mp4’s from the phone work fine. Properties are the same for each. Project properties set appropriately.
Any ideas? Thanks -

Hi John! MP4 is only an “envelope”. Not ALL MP4s are the same. Download MediaInfo and compare the differences between those MP4 that work and those that don’t.

So I see the difference is the broken ones say
“Is Truncated: Yes”
