Printscreen & Recording of Browser horrible resolution
I’m trying to use a shot of a craigslist page in my project. First I tried doing a print screen and importing into a photoshop like program. I exported it as a jpg – looked good as is – imported into SV Pro 11 and the resolution was terrible.
Then I used a Screen recorder program that saved a short recording as an mp4 file. Once again, in previewing this file outside of SV everything looked good – however, once inside of SV the resolution was horrible.
The recording/output of the screen recorder was 1920×1080, same as the SV project.
What am I doing wrong?

I am also having problems with SV11 and resolution. When I use the GPU acceleration my preview looks terrible… it was suppose to make it look better. I have been in contact with SONY and they just recently told me they could not replicate the problem with the data I sent them and so therefore they have no solution . Your problem may not be exactly like mine, but the common issue is that the preview is horrible resolution.
