Hi every body, once again you probably goanna be the best to solve this problem. After several months of work i try to export this fcp project. A stop motion movie. But sadly, i tried diferrent technics, but the same problem seems stay. A slightly of synch of the audio, but not constantly, it s more like a cycle, and strangly, from time to time, in the different exportations or print to video process, it took place at a different place in the footage ? Secondo, at a certain point where i did a slow motion (i reduced the seep of the original footage) a strange effect occur : the movment start vibrating, giving the feeling of going back and forth really quickly.

I remenber, back in the day seeing a tutorial, where it was question about feilds, and i think it must be the poblem. I just don t know what is the rule exactly. The footage is in pal, interlaced lower feilds.
I use final cut pro 4,5 hd. And i have a nice hvx200 panasonic to export to.
I went to my setings and put every things under pal dv ( witch is the original footage setting).
Both of the problems happen when export or print to video, on the camera or on the exportation, but never in fcp. Viewing the editing in fcp, in the monitor, doesn t show anything, it is just perfect there !

    thank for helping me

Ok, for the sync problem, Export your clip to a self contained QUicktime Movie (the first option in the export menu). Then import that Quicktime and lay that off to tape. That will fix any drift. If you still have a problem, make sure it’s not out of sync on the timeline.

Second problem: Your right, sounds like a fields issue. When you slow mo an interlaced clip you will see that. Make sure “Blend fields” is selected in the speed options when you slo mo. If that doesn’t work, try duplicating the slo mo clip and placing it DIRECTLY above the first clip. Set the opacity to 50% on the clip in V2 and then move the clip on V2 one pixel up. Not sure if that will help, but worth a shot.
