  Print To Tape with HDV via Fireire to VTR?

  I is possible to use the print to tape command to transfer HDV footage via firewire to a vtr? I can’t seem to get this to work. Do I need Decklink type of hardware for this? Got stuck learning the hard way on the fly.Need help now.
