Print to EDL – Application shuts down – Error types 1 or 2
We have edited a film on Media 100 version 6 on a G4, OS 9 (the footage was captured a while ago).
Every time we try to output an EDL for the sound designer, the application shuts down:
Error Type 1 message when we print to a CMX 3400 EDL
Error Type 2 message when we print to a CMX 3600 EDL
Time is of the essence; any thoughts or suggestions or this would be greatly appreciated!

Man, You know how to milk life out of an old system…
As I recall, V6 was quirky to begin with. There was little if any chance of “natively” editing (digitized) film at any frame rate other than 29.97. No 30 fps, no 24 fps. Just 29.97.
Are you exporting your EDL at 29.97 fps, or do you even have that option?
Have you tried the other EDL export options? Maybe try turning off the various channel options?
A last resort – export the program EDL using just one audio channel at a time, copied and pasted into another fresh program.
