Previewing on timeline doesn’t work anymore
When I drag across the timeline by moving the bar at the top it no longer previews the movie while I’m dragging it, it will only update once I’ve let go of the mouse button – this is a real problem when I’m trying to apply effects – cos I can’t see what impact changing various values is having until after I’ve done it. Eg I can’t gradually change things till they look right.
If anyone knows what I’m doing wrong – no matter how simple please let me know.

hi,
you need to switch on live previewing … there is a button obove the timeline … i can’t remember exactly what it looks like … but search the help for “live preview” of something like that … -
i,ve got that same problem and before it works okay , but suddenly it doesnt , did you find a way to fix it ?? i,ll hope so , i see that its a couple of years ago.
