Preview Playback Skips back Frames
when I preview a clip in the program window, the video does not playback smoothly. It actually skips back a frame or two and keeps playing. The audio does not skip and eveything seems to be in sync in that manner

If there is a RED “needs rendered” line in your sequence above the video, your computer does nat have the power to preview every frame. Rendering preview files (enter) should solve this.

That worked. I also restarted my computer and everything was fine. Thanks for the reply!
