Preview extremelly laggy on the timeline (.mov files)
Hello people.
I finally registered. Through the years i have found many solutions to various problems, thi time i did not found anything so it’s time to ask.So, to the point.
I have a problem (first time to face this one in the 7 years i’m using encore…) with previewing the timelines.
Response is extremely slow and unresponsive. It is impossible for me to navigate and to create chapters.I have imported 4 timelines (all .mov files & on a separate SSD) 1 menu & 2 submenus.
My system is Win10, i7 3930K, 32GB ram, separate drives for everything + 2 SSD’s (1 for operating system + 1 for media files 7 Cache) and very recently i updated my GPU from an ATI 3790 1GB to a GTX770 4GB card.
I can’t see no apparent reason for my problem.
I have change the setting in Edit > Preference > Playback Quality & Desktop Display mode to all possible combinations, nothing helps.
From what i can tell, the problem is the .mov files. Maybe to big or to heavy for encore to handle?
