“Preview Disabled” in Final Cut Pro
I’ve read previous posts about the “Preview Disabled” problem when trying to capture video in Final Cut Pro, but none of the suggestions solved my problem. I use Final Cut Pro HD 4.5 on Mac OSX 10.3.9 using AJA Io LA.
I’ve tried different settings for capture, checked to make sure I’m capturing both Video and Audio, deleted my preferences, reinstalled AJA software with the update and also tried deleting the receipts in the QT folder. I even reinstalled QT 6.5.2 just to see if that would solve the problem, but no luck.
Any other suggestions? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks.

Here we are three years later, and I’m having the same problem on the latest version.
