Preserve VBI setting
Looks like we need to make a 2 second fix into a master already closed captioned (SD Digibeta).
Has anyone successfully done this using the Preserve VBI setting in the Video Output tool (Avid Symphony DX v3.9)? I searched the forum, but the only post I found was an unanswered one from someone who could not get it to work.

Why not ingest a bit, insert on another tape and test?
(Make sure you got a larger bit, as the CC info can be on tape way before it’s on screen.)
If you got a client monitor that can do H/V delay, that might help.
