Premiere xml export starting on wrong frame
I keep trying to export xml from premiere pro cs5 and when i open up the export in another program, Ive tried davinci and final cut, it is starting on the wrong frame. THe first shot is starting 8 frames late.
ANy ideas why this is happening?

With a little more examination I see that every clip is off a few frames in varying amounts.

That happens with Long GOP footage. Is it?
