March 31, 2018 at 5:25 pmHi Guys,
Can anyone please help me with this.
I have been cutting rushes on location using the latest version of Premiere Pro CC.
To carry on cutting on my home system I need to upgrade from an older version (2017.1.2)
Can anyone please tell me do to do this.I can’t find any option to do this from my Adobe account or desktop app and Adobe are closed for weekend.
Any help would be gratefully received.
Cheers,
Dan -

March 31, 2018 at 7:13 pmYou should just be able to open your Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app on your computer, log in, go to the apps tab and select specific upgrades or “upgrade all”. Is this not working?

April 1, 2018 at 7:10 amThanks very much for your post Oliver.
The problem was that the OS on my Mac wasn’t the right spec, I had to upgrade to High Sierra, it works fine now. Thanks again,
Dan.
