  Premiere Pro project to FCP and reconnect offline media

  When i import a premiere project into fcp all media files are offline. I can not reconnect them as they are mp4 files and fcp does not support them. How can I recompress these files in an easy work flow?

  I have over 600 files to transcode so doing this individually is not the best option.

  Any help is much appreciated.
