Anybody recommend any cool sites I can download premiere plugins I just made the switch over and am looking to stock up on must-have plugins. Thanks!

The Premiere docs have a list of major plugin developers [link].
I’d call special attention to FilmImpact [link] and Creative Impatience [link]. NewBlueFX [link] also seems pretty popular, but I haven’t used them yet myself.
