    Premiere Pro multiple tabs for same bins

    Premiere Pro CC 2015.3 on Mac OS X 10.11.6. When I open a bin as a new tab (in frame view), at random times, multiple instances (tabs) of the same bin will open. Sometimes only one, sometimes multiples. Doesn’t seem to have any rhyme or reason.
