  Premiere Pro loses Pre-Rendered After Effects Sections

  I pre-rendered much of my project to save time down the line when small pieces of the video need to be changed. The sequence has 4 layers, one with sections of an after effects composition for lower third graphics. But after closing the project and re-opening it any sections with AAE on it is no longer pre-rendered and is red.

  I can even navigate into the location where Premiere is saving the pre-renders and can find the sections that are missing.

  Any ideas?
