Premiere Pro In and Out broken.
Reopened a project and a 45 min PTC cut has changed, so now at every cut, the clip starts over and has lost its “in and out.” Kind of hard to describe, so have attached a screen shot (one showing the issue, the other showing what the timeline should look like). Notice at the beginning of every cut you see the shoulder, meaning the beginning of the footage has been jammed to the cut.
Not a project issue as auto-saves also have the same issue and the same project opened on another machine (the problem is on a mac but isn’t on the PC) doesnt have the error. Never had this before, anyone seen this before?

Question, the one with the error is the screenshot where the clips on the right is shown in orange right? And may I ask for more specifications on what you mean by the beginning of each footage has been jammed to the cut? Are you trying to put that orange clip with the blue ones on the left together? Hope to hear your response soon.
