    Hey Guys,
I hope you can help me. I have an MP4 Video that I imported to Premiere Pro. The Video was about 10 MB large at that time. Now when I want to export it, the estimated Size for the Video is about 980 Mb. All I do was cutting some scenes out. I didn’t add any effects or something. So logically the Size of the Video should be smaller.
Can somebody help me with that? Im probably choosing the wrong export settings.

    Export Settings:
    Format: H.264
    Match Source – Medium Bitrate.

    The Video has a Size of 1.024 x 768.

    Thank you

How long is the original video time-wise? And was it also originally encoded h.264? What was the bitrate of the original video?

If you don’t know, but have VLC Media Player, play the original video in there and press CTRL+J while it is playing for specs.

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2015.02 (as of 6/2016)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.
