Premiere Pro CS6 keep losing keyboard control
I am using CS6 Premiere Pro on a MAC with version 10.6.8 Snow Leopard OS. When working in the application the keyboard and mouse play functions properly. However whenever I step out of the application and then back in, ie click on desktop, the play functions on the interface using the mouse no longer work and the play functions using the keyboard, “spacebar,j,k,and l” no longer work, all other keyboard functions appear to work normally. So far the only solution is to close the application and reopen which corrects the problem until you step out of the application again. Any thoughts?

What happens if you just close the sequence in the timeline and re-open it?
Have you updated to CS6.02? This is one of the issues I had after the update on 10.6.8. This was also followed by a delay in response to stopping the play in the timeline.
I re-installed CS6.01 cured everything.

Removed CS 6.0.2 reinstalled 6.0.0 problem resolved

I downloaded the CS6.01 update manually (IE not using Adobe updater) from the Adobe website and installed it over CS6.0 without issues too.
