  • Premiere Pro CS6; can’t play H.264/Mp4 Videos after render Not Even back in PremPro!

So I been I’ve been doing my regular routine edit > export(no filters and no presets), yet later after the file is rendered I can’t play it
    not QuickTime nor VLC.
The issue’s statement is as follows when the error note pops out it states the file’s directory location and later .(file type)Eg.[HDD/My-Alias/Desktop(actual file name).mp4]; This is completely bullocks to me because I’ve never encountered anything like this before.
I’ve tried some troubleshoots*, extracted the file on different settings and later re-installed and tried again but to no avail, I don’t know what this issue is really(I can play mp4 files in general just not after extraction from CS6 Premiere Pro or Media Encoder), so could you guys please assist !

My system specs are as follows( just in case)…
4930k(12 spoonfuls 2 for each core) intel
    GTX 760 2gigs
    8gigs of ram

I’ve allocated sufficient memory cache for Premiere 6.5 Gigs which are good enough for the job, as I a said I rarely work with filters.
Although I do use multiple audio .WAV’s.
