Premiere Pro CS6 and Encore CS6
Good morning everyone, I have installed on my mac book pro cs6 package of adobe. When you finish editing my project will export to burn a DVD, I do not know if I did something wrong during installation because there is no option for MPEG II – DVD which I believe to be the best format for DVD authoring in Encore. Do you have any suggestions? I tried exporting to quicktime but after importing into Encore as asset and create a timeline, when I click build DVD transcoding is written during hours and after this appearing the error, the Encore closes alone. Has anyone tried something different? Or have a solution for this case?

Drag your sequence from your bin in Premiere to your bin in Encore. Unless you need to do some heavy conversion like a pan and scan, then Encore will do fine with conforming your video. You don’t have to render an intermediate file because Premiere and Encore work together with dynamic link.

Personally I’ve only had problems with dynamic linking between the two. Your mileage may vary.
