Premiere Pro CS4 not opening
I have been having a problem opening Premiere pro cs4. It opens the purple box and starts to load but pauses for a second at EQ1.dll and then appears to close and that’s it. That’s as far as it gets. All my other apps work fine except this one. I have already checked for updates and nothing. The weird thing is i have installed it previously before my format and it has worked fine.
I haven’t changed anything since and all of a sudden it stops working.

Hold down the shift key while launching Premiere – this will reset some internal workings of Adobe (mostly internal preferences and caches) and usually does the trick when weird hangups occur.
