  Premiere Pro CS4 Audio Conforming Speed

  I’m recording from a HD camera’s HD-SDI output to my AJA capture card in DVCPro HD format as quicktime files. This is a Windows Vista 64 bit system with a quad core pentium, 3 ghz and 8 gigs of RAM. The audio conforming feature in Premiere Pro CS4 is averaging about 4 to 5 seconds per minute recorded. Anybody know how to speed up the process? Thanks.
