Anyone know if there’s going to be any issues between Adobe’s CS4 Production suite and JVC’s GY-HM100U camcorder. The HM100U records directly to a SDHC6 flash card in a format that Final Cut Pro doesn’t need to reconvert. Hopefully it will do the same in Premiere… ??

I know it’s been over three months since you wrote your post, but I can confirm there are no issues between the JVC GY-HM100 and Premiere Pro. You can either use the supplied JVC Clip Manager, or if you know what each clip is already, you can just drag them into the Premiere Pro project (not the timeline). However the clips seem to play much more smoothly in Premiere when you import the entire BPAV folder (even though Premiere discards the extra files it doesn’t use and tell you so in the process).
