Premiere pro CS 5.5 Mpeg 2 failure
I’m trying to render a show to broadcast on a local TV station. Here are the specs.
Format: MPEG Video MPEG-PS
Duration: 28:30 or 58:30
Format version : Version 2
Width: 1920 pixels
Height: 1080 pixels
Format profile : Main@High
Format settings, BVOP : Yes
Format settings, Matrix: Default
Format settings, GOP: M=3, N=15
Bit rate: 18Mbps (CBR)
Display aspect ratio: 16:9
Frame rate: 29.970 fps
Standard: NTSC
Color space: YUV
Chroma subsampling: 4:2:0
Bit depth: 8 bits
Scan type: Interlaced
Scan order: Top Field First (Upper Field First)All of these settings are correct. When I render I get about 10 to 12 good minutes. then the sound goes out and the picture freezes. When I scrub through I can see the other frames but it’s just not playing.
I’ve tested it by burning it to a dvd and it doesn’t play through a normal player.
All my other codecs work. Right now I’m rendering in H.264 and I’m fine.
HELP!!!
