Premiere Pro and Panasonci Blue Ray BTD310

I’m new to Premiere CC and I’m trying to output to a Panasonic Blue Ray BTD310. I want to see what my titles will look like on my big screen for reference, thus the reason for outputting to the Blue Ray.

I have tried many different outputs Blueray, Blueray 264, and many more. I have tried burning to regular DVD and Blueray with blue ray burner and everything works until i put the burned disc into the player. I keep getting disc not compatible, media not supported, content not readable it just depends.
Its confusing what output to choose and then why nothing works.

Any help would be gently appreciated. I am new to this forum and just need HELP.

Hi Robert,

To make a Blu -Ray that will work in a physical set top player, you will need Adobe Encore. You can download the CS6 version within Creative Cloud, since CC doesn’t carry a current version.

There is no way to make a Blu-Ray video disc in Premiere.

Thanks for the response but is there a secret to getting CS6? I try opening CC but there is no icon for CS6
or instructions for obtaining it. Also, I thought Encore was if wanted chapter markers etc but I think you are going to tell me thats not right. Right

Unfortunately, Encore is needed. If you just drag the files to a BR disc you get a data disc and that won’t play on a set top player.

I’m sorry to keep bothering you, but I have tried 3 times now to download CS6 and when it gets to about 46 or 47 completed i get a warning to please close Adobe Premiere Pro. Nothing on my desktop is open.

Have you heard of this issue or know of a work around.

I would restart first, are you on a Mac or PC?

So restarting should do it. You can also go to utilities>Activity monitor and kill any active Adobe services under the CPU Tab before starting the install.
