Premiere Pro + AE = Audio Sync Problems
This is weird. I tried loading a Premiere Pro project file into AE and after doing a bunch of effects work on it, I found that when I rendered it out of AE (in numerous formats) and loaded it into Premiere, the audio didn’t match up anymore! In fact, the frames were different from the old video.
After tinkering and tinkering, I discovered the problem is related to using the Premiere Pro project file in the first place. When I rendered out from Premiere, then did the effects in AE, and rendered out again, it synced up just fine.
Anyone know why that is?
