  Premiere Pro 6 multicamera not linking audio but says linked…

  Hi group, this is my first week using multicamera editing and after resolving the rendering issue by exporting the audio and bringing it back in, I have discovered I my audio linking is not working correctly.

  Specifically, I have edited a two camera shoot (basic first edit) I have the audio track and now need to clean up the edit and cut the audio with the video. My project is not selecting the audio when I use the razor blade, I have to manually go to the audio and video separately.

  I have tried selecting the audio and video and control click but the link is not available and it offers unlink or group as my options.

  If I choose one part of a clip and the audio I can link, but there are over 300 separate clips of video (switches from a to b camera) I’ve tried creating a new sequence but that did not work. Wondering if anyone can offer some advice, this is on a Mac 10.6 and CS6.1
