    Hi everyone!

I posted in the Premiere Basic forum and audio professionals forum and they recommended I post my question here, so here goes nothing.

I’ve edited for years professionally on a MAC, using FCP.
I am building a new edit suite (Mac Hardware/Adobe Production Premium software) and I wanted to know if I would be able to record Narrations or voice overs by running my mic through a mixer and then into Blackmagic Intensity pro, and finally into Premiere 5.5.

Does this workflow work or do I need to buy an M-Audio box. I’d prefer to have no audio latency during the recording if possible.

If this workflow doesn’t work. I am open to recommendations.

    Thanks!
