Are you using Windows or Mac? If Windows, I think you’ll have to go in and change your file associations so they point to the new version.

Delete the following registry folder;

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr
entVersion\Explorer\AutoplayHandlers\Handlers\AdobePremiereCameraArrival
