I am logging footage for a wedding from a canon xh-a1(still using tape), I shot the footage in 24 frames. At first everything was working perfectly. I logged the footage and the frame was being interpreted correctly(23.97) Then all of a sudden it changed my interpreted frame rate to 29.97, and now when I go to batch capture it tells me capture failed I can’t find my in point. I would like to know how to fix this problem, but for now I need to know how to change the interpreted frame rate of these offline files that won’t capture.

I thing when shooting on tape with that camera the 24p is inside a 29.97 stream. Your edit should perform the pull down.
