    I’m working with a Radeon Pro 580X 8 GB inside a 3.6 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 (2019)…

After several crashes on launch with a particular large project I’ve been working on for years, Adobe is telling me on the phone that it there’s suddenly compatibility issues with my graphics card. I’m getting a “Morph Cut (AEVideoFiter:6)” low-level exception error then the spinning ball. The tech switched my GPU acceleration to software only, of course making things go much slower. OS and Premiere are updated to the latest versions

What’s the culprit though? Adobe doesn’t have a direct cause. I’ve had issues with Dynamic link in the past (which I’m never using again) so I deleted all those but still getting the crash if I switch back to GPU acceleration. 3rd party plugins perhaps? I just would like to know what to avoid in the future instead of walking on eggshells with every little thing.
