  • Premiere Exporting with Changes to Audio Effects When Using Media Encoder

I’m having a rather bizarre problem with Premiere. When I send a project to be encoded through Media Encoder, it will apply some strange changes to my audio. It will change levels of various clips, change EQs, and overall just mess with the balance of my audio. When I export it through Premiere itself, it works fine.

I do have some clips on two different audio tracks, but when I preview in Premiere, they sound the same, as they’re sent to the same master so I can apply the same effects to each. I’ve searched for info on this topic, but no one else seems to be having the same issues.

    Specs:
    Windows 10 64-Bit Pro 2019
Processor: Intel Core i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70 GHz
    RAM: 32 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTZ 1050

I can include more information if needed.
