Premiere CS6 vs Premiere CC questions
Posted by Anhtu Vu on June 18, 2013 at 3:05 pmIs Premiere pro CC a different (more features) version than Premiere Pro CS6 ???
I subscribed to Creative Cloud 8 months ago and when i open the Adobe Creative Cloud app i see all versions with CS6 and also the same version with CC so i assume they are different apps. Is there a PDF showing the difference between CS6 and CC ??? Thanks

June 18, 2013 at 5:44 pmCC is faster under the hood.
CC removes many of the “stumbling blocks” to improve efficiency in editing.
There are some nice new features as well.
Adobe worked hardest at making the editing more efficient with less clicks and drags required to edit. Also the keyboard editing style is very tight now too.

June 18, 2013 at 10:40 pmIf i understand correctly, CC is everything CS6 was plus extra features This means i can download and install CC and erase all CS6 version….It also means i cannot exchange sessions with non CC editors.

CC adds speed and some feature along with a lot of workflow efficiency changes.
You can easily exchange your edits with non CC editors using XML. We still do this moving beween FCP and Premiere Pro.

June 18, 2013 at 11:42 pmI got it downloaded, and it looks purty, but I’ve been too busy to play. How about plugins? Any trouble moving them over? Continuum? Red?

March 21, 2014 at 3:20 pmI’m moving from Final Cut Pro and Motion to Premiere Pro CC and After Effects. I’ve mastered Premiere and am using it. Now I’m trying to learn AE.
Is it true in March 2014 that Premiere Pro CC cannot link dynamically to AE?
Thank you.
