Premiere CS5 bad exports. distorted and pixelated content
I have been using Premiere Pro for many years now and this is the first time i have encountered this problem. im exporting some video that has just simple text, images, and chroma keyed footage, all looks fine except the Text and the images which look terrible. i think the file has been corrupted since other projects look fine and export fine, when i try to open the file even though its a cs5 file it keeps telling me the the files is from a previous version and needs to be updated. im trying not having to do this again. please take a look and let me know what you think this can be and how to fix it.

look closely at the text, you can see that there is compression on the video but thats ok. notice the spokes model looks fairly sharp and more so the Logo looks pretty sharp even though in previous exports all with the same settings the logo was just as distorted.its not my export settings as i have exported other projects with the same setting just to test and it looks fine except with this one project.
project setting: 720×405 dimensions, square pixels
exported at with the same setting: quicktime (animation) 720×405 square pixels
ive tried many other settings and still the same. thank ahead guys and Gals any help would be very appreciated. -

Hi Sebastian,
I would import the project inside a new project if it is indeed corrupted.
Also check your interpret setting on the footage to make sure that they do match the original footage, including PAR and interlaced/progressive.
For export settings I would use. 854×480 square to keep Premiere from downscaling too much. Are you working with SD NTSC ?
