Premiere CS4 to Flash Video File – Choppy
We have a Video Gallery which plays the Encoded Video fine, however when we bring up the same file on a seperate page, its choppy? Tried changing the settings, running at 872 bitrate, 30fps, but same file looks ok in the gallery, looked choppy on the individual page, it worked fine in CS3 but CS4 is letting us down!

Have you tried a different Flash player?
The black level of all the videos is washed out causing it to look grey. I noticed that more than the choppy playback.

It just seems to flow better in the gallery window, gonna try to update my flash player and see if that fixes it?

Yes, try the update first. The Gallery video windows are smaller, that could be the reason. Here’s something you should really look at at well:
