  Premiere CS4 Export issues

  I have recently i.e. Monday purchased a new editing system with a Matrox mx2 mini, windows 7 and premiere cs4.

  It seems that when i export a clip to standard dvd the quality is very down graded, i am running cs3 on an adjacent machine and the settings for both are exactly the same however CS3 remains perfect quality where CS4 is far less? Im completely baffled, any ideas?
