Premiere CS3 Preset with HV20 in HDV mode?
I shot some footage on my Canon HV20 in HDV mode and was wondering what project preset in Premiere CS3 I should be using. Any suggestions would be helpful. Also I am getting some blurring on panning and movement shots (an interlacing problem perhaps?) Any help would be appreciated.

That comes with the format, you have to be careful when panning not to move too fast. -
It’s blurring and also there are blurred horizontal lines showing up. It happens on regular movement, not just on panning shots. Any suggestions when shooting and importing this footage? Which preset is best for footage shot in HDV mode on the HV20?
