  Premiere crashing – CC and CS6

  I have a MSI laptop – i7-5700HQ 2.70ghz, 16gig ram, windows 10, GTX 970M

  Used to run Premiere CC 2015 with no issues.
  Now with Premiere CC 2017.0. v11.0, Tanq I can import video and start working on a sequence, but within a minute or two doing anything (dragging a clip, basic moves) Premiere goes to “not responding” and freezes completely.

  I downloaded CS6 thinking that might be more stable, but it is actually the same if not less stable.

  Other Adobe CC apps such as Photoshop work fine.

  Any ideas would be appreciated. If you need more detail please ask.
