Premiere color seperations effect
A few years ago I opened Premiere Pro for the first time and tested some effects. I came across this one and I want to recreate it but can’t seem to figure out how. Any Ideas? Thanks!

Always tough to say on things like this. What I see mostly is RGB separation.

If you’re looking for an internal effect, you might look at Channel Mixer to see if that gives you what you’re looking for. If the lens distortion is added, there is an effect for that as well.
