  Premiere can not locate Audio Effect (Highpass Filter)

  I ran across this and found it odd, and am not sure if this is a bug and if anyone else has encounter it. In Premiere CS6 I applied the Highpass filter to the audio of a Canon DSLR video file. This is the filter that is included in Premiere, not a 3rd party. When I close out of the project and reopen, Premiere can not locate the effect and says that the Highpass filter effect can not be found. The effect goes offload in my timeline and I have to reapply. Any ideas what is going on here?
