No that you should have to….but what if you flipped those shots to a different codec?

You could probably do it by way of making a full res proxy in a dif codec…

again…just looking for a work around.

Working in software mode would also likely resolve it….but then you completely lose the GPU benefit across the whole timeline….as opposed to just flipping the specific shots you are having issues with….
