Premiere Audio Automation problem
Hello all. I have a rather interesting audio automation problem in Premiere. I currently have edited a 26min TV production of a sporting event and for the life of me, I cant get the audio write to work at all. I did create a new “TEST” project which works fine and all settings are the same, so not sure what the problem is. I am running Windows 7 (7600) and using CS3. If somebody does, let me know

Hello Alex.
If I select write from the drop down menu on any channel and select Show track keyframes, nothing happens after I press the space bar. If I go back to where I started on the timeline, the channel level jumps back to 0, if “Switch to touch after write” is selected and stays where it was if I stop the write, but no keyframes actually appear even though I can hear the audio change levels in the mixer as I do it. First time I have encountered this issue. I am also working across 2 monitors -
I found the problem. I had accidentally clicked on the in-point button in the program window, which set an in-point towards the end of the production. Premiere likes the PROGRAM IN-POINT at the start. Problem sorted. Thanx
