I’m a musician and need help with a dvd project. first i have footage from a couple of mini digital tapes shot with different cameras. I imported my footage from a canon zr300 into premiere 6.5 on a mac g5 osx. i am pretty new at this but my settings on premiere were set at ntsc/ 720×480 /quicktime. after editing video to audio ( digital performer 3 from prerecorded cd ) the first problem was at the beginning of all transitions had minor glitches in the first frame ( a couple of small tube like spots, really quickly scattered in small amounts of that frame ) even after rendering the entire work area. after looking past this i exported my project in two ways back to my camera. first using export to tape controlling the camera with premiere, and next starting the camera and playback manually. both ways i ended up with some frames slightly out of sync to audio, and still small glitches at the beginning of each transition. looking past this i imported it all into imovie and then into idvd after a couple of errors during the burning (recording device reported the illegal request buffer under run 90×21, 0x2) and getting a bit more out of sync finally created the dvd and dealt with the problems. now i hope some one can give me some answers for my next musical project, please!
