Part of my video is playing back in black the clips don’t even exist. I click on each layer and they are there. It’s happened in a few different edits of mine on 3 computers. All 2017CC. Now I’m in crunch deadline time and it happened again. Is this a bug? Is there a fix? I tried copying and pasting / nesting..anything that will make it show up. Nothing so far. Anyone? BTW, they are enabled and the track is visible.

did you try deleting the luts in lumetri? delete media cache, move or rename your media folder

Are you saying that that is the problem or that is a solution?

The visual in one of my edits came back after I reimported a shutter stock clip. Other clips in edits just came back eventually. No idea of the cause, nor solution really.

this is usually what adobe recommends:

    1. try removing the lut, then reapplying it in lumetri
    2. delete media cache
    3. move or rename your media folder and import again.

Okay, I’ll try those things next time it goes black. I’m not too sure how to remove the luts, but will look into it. I think I tried media cache, and it didn’t work. Renaming and relinking the media is messy – but if needed…
