There are a few plugins here: https://www.adobe.com/products/plugins/premiere/

    and here: https://www.borisfx.com/products/CONTINUUM_COMPLETE/bcc/premiere/bcc4_new.php

For the amount you’ll be spending on these, you may want to look at After Effects, whose many transition you can also import in Premiere.

A dumb question, how do you import transitions to premiere pro from after effects?

Copy from the AE plugin folder

    Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 7.0\Support Files\Plug-ins

paste into the Premiere plugin folder

    Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0\Plug-ins\en_US

Just on a side note, some effects, including those involving masks just won’t work, and won’t even appear in your effects list. But there are a couple involving particles that will appear; be careful with those, as they sometimes crash Premiere, at least save before you try them out, in fact that really goes with all AE effects.

I forgot to mention, AE transitions won’t be as easy to use as the ones in Premiere, since, just like in AE, you’ll have to keyframe the settings, but most are well worth the extra effort.

    Cheers,
