    Hi

I was wondering if someone can help me understand the work flow.

I an editing a sequence in Adobe Premier that will eventually be taken to Encore DVD for Menu system and converting to DVD.

I want to add some animations in After Effects, so do I extract my sequence to Avi then take to After Effects, then add my animations? Then how do I take the animations and sequence to encore. That

If your animation is for the DVD menu (motion menu), yes it should be done separately. You can in fact design your entire menu in After Effects, which is in my opinion the quickest way to do it, but you’ll have to do a little reading to make sure you understand the process well (See here for tutorial: https://studio.adobe.com/us/tips/tip.jsp?p=1&xml=enc15sdaemenus&id=100710).

You can then import your Premiere videos into Encore and very easily link them to your menu in Encore.
